Earl Leslie Manire was born March 9, 1894 in West Hampton, Bradford County, Florida to John H. Manire & Martha E. Kent.

He was listed on the 1900 Hampton Bradford County, Florida Census with his parents as Earl Manire, their 6 year old son.

Around June 5, 1917 Earl signed a World War I Civilian Draft Card. He was listed as being 22 years old. He was listed as being a man of Medium Height and build with Brown hair and Brown eyes. He was a Clerk for the SAL Railway Company (Seaboard Air Line Railway). He listed his Mother as being Dependent on him. There was also a notation that a picture was taken. For what I don't know.

He was listed on the 1920 Jacksonville Ward 5, Duval County, Florida Census as a 26 year old single man boarding with Mary E. Sharman and 25 other boarders. He was listed as being a laborer at the Shipyards. I believe it was a Mason Hotel that Earl was staying at. There was a notation giving a name of the establishment on the side of the Census, though I could only make out the words Mason Hotel clearly. The last word started with an "A".

He was listed on the April 17, 1930 Census for Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida as a 35 year old single man lodging with the Sparkman family and a few other lodgers on West 4th Street. He was listed as a Manager of a Dry Cleaning Company. He wasn't a Military Veteran.

I have seen nothing that says that Earl ever married.

Earl died November 7, 1961 in Bradford County, Florida. It's recorded in Volume: 2295, Certificate: 41190.  He was 67 years, 7 months and 29 days old when he died. He was buried in the Hampton Cemetery in Hampton, Bradford County, Florida with his parents and siblings.
